Moss and Salt
A self-initiated fashion concept exploring vulnerability, texture and a more emotionally honest kind of beauty.
Moss and Salt was created as a response to over-polished beauty imagery, with a focus on real skin, raw emotion and tactile detail. Set in a muted coastal world of moss green, sea-grey and natural skin tones, the project pairs softness and exposure with heavier fabric textures and elemental surroundings. The idea was to let nature, fabric and human presence work together to create something quieter and more intimate. The hardest part was preserving authentic micro-texture in skin, hair and fabric while avoiding the overly smoothed finish that AI often introduces.
