StarFace
A self-initiated skincare campaign turning acne care into a playful, fashion-led beauty statement.
I chose StarFace because it transformed pimple treatment into something expressive rather than shame-based, making it the perfect brand to explore through Gen-Z and Y2K visual codes. The campaign is built around the idea of styling the spot instead of hiding it, using bright colour, glossy textures, wet hair and playful bathroom worlds to make acne care feel joyful and confident. The main challenge was keeping the star-shaped patches believable across different angles and scales, making sure they sat naturally on real skin with convincing light, shadows and texture.
