# Aesop Virēre

A self-initiated campaign exploring how closely a brand's visual DNA can be understood and translated into new imagery.

For Virēre, I wanted to work within Aesop's existing visual language rather than impose a glossy beauty aesthetic that would feel out of place. I focused on slower, more intimate imagery, tactile surfaces, warm brown tones and restrained compositions that support the product instead of overpowering it. The challenge was keeping the product realistic, particularly its proportions and true scale, while building a world that still felt recognisably Aesop. The project was an exercise in reading an established brand voice and turning it into new campaign imagery without a physical shoot.
